The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to sell all AlgoSec Products and Services in an assigned territory.

The individual must have strong “hunter” skills, as well as the ability to service and upsell existing customers.

This role will work with Systems Engineers and Channel Partners to successfully develop and service all customers or prospects within their respective geographic territory.

**Reporting to**:Regional Sales Director

**Location**:Dubai (Home office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify new potential customers, within assigned territory
- Dynamic sales professional experienced in selling to large enterprise clients, federal/government, and service providers
- Identify and close deals with corporate customers through face-to-face meetings and through internet/phone/video selling
- Works in partnership with Systems Engineers and channel partners to educate the customer/prospect and demonstrate AlgoSec’s capabilities
- Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with client decision makers including maintaining a sales strategy based on customer’s requirements
- Keeps informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful participation in AlgoSec web-based training and other forms of knowledge transfer
- Stay informed on customer business opportunities, current conditions, prospects, and competitive issues. Regularly briefs AlgoSec management on status, prospects, and current needs of top customers
- Displays strong time management skills and assume ownership
- Understand and manage all phases of complex sales cycle
- Highly resilient, confident and self-driven
- Works with the company culture and value system

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Dynamic sales professional with 8-12 years of successful experience in direct and channel sales, high-level, executive selling of complex, platform-based solutions
- Certifications in the areas of cybersecurity or sales & business development
- a plus
- Understand complex sales cycle and demonstrate technical and business benefits
- Experience selling enterprise level solutions in the security and compliance markets
- Proven, consistent track record of success as evidenced by achieving and exceeding annual quota
- Willing to travel as per the business needs
- Consistent and disciplined use of Salesforce and industry-leading formal sales methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
