Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential B2B clients, including event agencies, corporate event planners, and restaurants. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Product Selling: Present and sell exclusive experiences for restaurants, focusing on enhancing customer experience and improving operational efficiency through technology.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers are fully satisfied with the products and services provided. Regularly check in with clients to ensure smooth implementation and long-term success.
- Promoting the company's location: Manage clients to come to the company's location for privatized events.
- Account Management: Manage existing accounts, follow up on renewals, and ensure client needs are met with ongoing support and new offerings.
- Market Research & Marketing: Participate in market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity. Contribute to marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the management team.
- On-site Visits: Attend meetings and site visits to engage with clients, provide demonstrations, and ensure product installations meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or digital solutions space.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Previous experience in selling to restaurants or event agencies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A good understanding of digital products and technology solutions, particularly in the restaurant or events industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site visits.
