We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our client acquisition efforts specifically in the Middle East region.
Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, pitching our managed cybersecurity services, and closing deals within the Middle East. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and sales skills, capable of understanding client needs and presenting our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients in target industries within the Middle East.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Leverage LinkedIn, industry events, and other networking opportunities to connect with decision-makers.
Outreach and Engagement:
- Approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client needs and challenges.
- Present and pitch our managed cybersecurity services to potential clients.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of our services effectively.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and are aligned with our service offerings.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape in the Middle East.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Client Onboarding:
- Work with the technical team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on progress and outcomes.
- Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
