Business Development Manager Bridgepoint Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and operational efficiency . This role requires expertise in sales, market expansion, and regulatory compliance , particularly within the real estate and consulting sectors .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders .
  • Oversee daily operations, budget management, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and Escrow regulations while actively influencing policy outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing teams to drive business success.
  • Provide reports and strategic insights to the executive team to support decision-making.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or operations .
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships .
  • Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, RERA, and escrow management .
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation .
  • Strong market research and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities.
