Responsibilities: Regional Strategy& Growth:
Developand execute a business strategy for the clients growth in theMiddle East aligning with the companys global objectives andadapting to regional market dynamics
Identify emergingtrends opportunities and industry shifts within the Middle East todrive longterm growth and client value. Market Expansion & BusinessDevelopment: Build and expand clients market presence by targetinghighgrowth opportunities establishing relationships with keyclients and securing transformative engagements Lead sales client acquisition and account managementefforts focusing on increasing market share across the Middle East. Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage Clevelrelationships with clients positioning our client as a strategicpartner and ensuring longterm client satisfaction andretention Act as a trusted advisorunderstanding client needs and delivering customized highimpactsolutions Leadership & TalentDevelopment: Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team acrosssales delivery and account management functions Foster a culture of innovation accountability andclient focus within the team to drive highquality delivery andclient success. P&L and OperationalOwnership: Own the P&L setting revenue and profitabilitytargets and ensuring efficient budget management Drive operational excellence by establishing processesmetrics and standards that align with out clients global serviceand quality expectations. Requirements andExpectations: Experience: 15 years in IT services withsignificant experience scaling the revenues across the Middle Eastregion
Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in our clientskey sector i.e. BFSI
Education: Bachelors degree inbusiness IT or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanceddegree is preferred
Skills: Achieved and exceededrevenue targets and business growth
Excellent atbuilding Clevel relationships and managing stakeholders
Strategic thinker with clientcentric decisionmakingabilities
Strong financial acumen including P&Lownership and budget management
