The successful candidate will set and manage sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals. They will also oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff, implement effective sales processes, and build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  2. Identify key market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas to drive sales and increase market share.
  3. Set and manage sales targets, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
