  • Network&Connections:
    Established and extensive network of seniorlevel contacts withinOEMs. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures andinfluencedecisionmakers.
  • ProductKnowledge:
    Indepthunderstanding of automotive products technologies and market trendsparticularly within the highend and luxury automotivesegments.
  • Leadership:
    Proven track record in leading and managing highperforming salesteams. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team towardsachieving ambitious salestargets.
  • NegotiationSkills:
    Exceptionalnegotiation and contract management skills with the ability toclose largescale complexdeals.
  • Education:
    Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field. MBAor advanced degreepreferred.
  • Location:
    The candidate must be based in the Dubai with a willingness totravel as needed to OEM offices events andconferences.
