We are looking for a dynamic General Manager of Sales (GM Sales) to lead our sales operations and strategic growth in this competitive market.Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned General Manager of Sales (GM Sales) who will be responsible for driving sales, developing business strategies, and managing relationships with our OEM partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive OEM landscape, a well-established network within key OEMs, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets while maintaining long-term, successful relationships with strategic partners.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership: Lead the sales strategy and execution across multiple OEM partnerships. Develop annual sales plans, set clear targets, and manage the execution of sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue goals.OEM Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within major OEMs. Leverage existing connections to enhance business opportunities and build long-term strategic partnerships.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and align our product offerings with industry demands.Product Knowledge and Training: Ensure in-depth product knowledge across our portfolio and the automotive industry, supporting sales teams and OEM partners in product positioning and technical specifications.Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations for large-scale contracts and strategic partnerships. Ensure compliance with OEM specifications and contractual obligations while driving profitability.Team Management: Manage and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance performance, motivation, and career development. Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with corporate objectives.Reporting & Forecasting: Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Provide executive leadership with regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and opportunities for growth.Customer Satisfaction: Develop strategies to ensure OEM partners are highly satisfied with our products, services, and overall business relationship. Resolve any issues or concerns proactively.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to OEM clients.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirementsExperience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales within the automotive industry, with significant experience in OEM sales and a deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem. Proven experience in working directly with top-tier OEMs like Toyota, BMW, Volkswagen, Nissan, MG, BYD, Cherry.Network & Connections: Established and extensive network of senior-level contacts within OEMs. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-makers.Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive products, technologies, and market trends, particularly within the high-end and luxury automotive segments.Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets.Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to close large-scale, complex deals.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Location: The candidate must be based in Dubai, with a willingness to travel as needed to OEM offices, events, and conferences.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of integrity and professionalismStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and sales reporting toolsDeep passion for the automotive industry and the future of mobility.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, though not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
