Sales Manager Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and effective merchandising.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, analysing performance and recommending improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and finance departments to develop promotional campaigns and financing options.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics in Dubai.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
