Call Center Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedCall Center Agent to join our team ona temporary basis for 3 months. The ideal candidate will have aproven track record in managing highvolume backtoback callsproviding excellent customer service and meeting performancetargets. Candidates must have a sponsoredvisa and prior experience in B2C or B2B call centerenvironments.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Handle highvolume inbound and outbound callsefficiently and professionally.
- Provideaccurate information and resolve customer inquirieseffectively.
- Maintain excellent communicationskills to deliver topnotch customerservice.
- Log call details and update customerinformation in the database promptly.
- Meetdaily weekly and monthly call and servicetargets.
- Follow up with customers to ensureissues are resolved and feedback isreceived.
- Escalate unresolved issues to theappropriate department when necessary.
- Maintainconfidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures.
Requirements:
- Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center handling B2C or B2Bcalls.
- VisaStatus: Must have a sponsoredvisa (Family or spousevisa).
- Skills:
- Strongverbal communication and active listeningskills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize andmanage time effectively.
- Familiarity with callcenter systems and CRM software is aplus.
- Attributes:
- Customerfocusedproblemsolver and detailoriented.
- Selfmotivatedand able to work under pressure in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Language:Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are anadvantage.
