As a Senior Office Administrator you will have the opportunity to work for one of the Senior Vice Presidents at ADNOC Distribution. The role will involve providing exceptionally professional secretarial and administrative support directly to the Senior Vice President.


Duties include:

  1. Preparing correspondence
  2. Receiving mail
  3. Responding to telephone queries
  4. Receiving VIPs and other visitors
  5. Following up on items that require action
  6. Coordinating the SVP's schedule
  7. Gathering information
  8. Compiling reports
  9. Maintaining a filing system
  10. Managing the office to ensure efficient and effective support for the SVP

Language Requirements:

Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
English - Fluent / Excellent


Own a Car

Any

Have Driving License

Any


Job Skills:

  1. Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Science
  2. 5 to 6 years of Office Management/Secretarial experience
  3. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  4. Attention to detail, problem solving, and customer service skills
  5. Fluent in English and Arabic languages, both verbal and written
