Role Overview

The Senior Office Coordinator position is responsible for providing executive-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior leaders.

Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential information.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record of experience in an administrative capacity.

A minimum of four years of experience is required, along with proficiency in office productivity tools and a willingness to learn new software systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support senior executives by managing their schedules, including meetings and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as typing, dictation, and spreadsheet creation
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure the integrity of company records
Requirements
  • Four or more years of experience in an administrative role, preferably reporting directly to senior management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools and aptitude for learning new software systems
