  • Assist guests with international callsand directory queries

  • Abide by principles of guestprivacy
  • Handle guests requests promptly andreport complaints to the TelephoneSupervisor
  • Bill callcosts
  • Aware of local telephone listings andfrequently dialed numbers
  • Strictly abides bystandards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency suchas fire, bomb scare and other criticalsituations
  • Advise defects on switchboardequipment to Supervisor
  • Maintain a clean workenvironment
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of theHotel's fire, life and safetysystem
  • Adhere to OH&S policies andprocedures
