KEY ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadand supervise all aspects of the Royal Service department andensure all service standards arefollowed.
  • Provides support to Royal ServiceManager and other departments in dailyoperations.
  • Assists in analyzing RSM ticketsbreakdown and monthly trends.
  • Train lead guideand direct the efforts of the Royal ServiceAgents.
  • Supervise the responsible use allavailable systems including PMS (Property Management System)telephone system Royal Service fax etc.
  • Monitorand ensure that all calls from guestrooms and administration areasare charged and posted to guest folios and City Ledgers (whenapplicable).
  • Resolve complications andcomplaints such as missed wakeup calls or missed messages usingprevious experience and good judgment.
  • Maintaininformation confidentiality.
  • Achieve positiveoutcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficientmanner
  •  Ensure all messages arecorrectly and promptly accepted and delivered for both Guests andmanagement
  •  Ensure all wake up callstake place at the correcttime
  •  Demonstrate knowledge of allhotel services facilities and promotions in the hotel vicinity and use upselling techniques to promote theseofferings when the appropriate
  •  Handleemergency calls immediately and relay comprehensive and accurateinformation as required
  • Demonstrate a highlevel of customer service at all times
  • Lead andsupervise all aspects of ALL(Accor LiveLimitless)
  • Comply with hotel security fireregulations and all health and safetylegislation
  • Follow Sofitelstandards

Qualifications:
