KEY ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processall incoming and outgoing calls accurately andcourteously

  • Accurately record and control wakeupcalls
  • Assist guests with international callsand directory queries
  • Call guests by namewhenever possible
  • Page staff member whenrequested
  • Abide by principles of guestprivacy
  • Handle guests requests promptly andreport complaints to the TelephoneSupervisor
  • Bill callcosts
  • Aware of local telephone listings andfrequently dialed numbers
