Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new project opportunities in the software development industry. As a key contributor to our business development initiatives, you will leverage your market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and strategic approach to expand our client base and open new avenues for collaboration within the Middle East and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
  2. Analyze market trends to pinpoint opportunities in software development services.
  3. Lead the entire business development cycle from initial contact through project acquisition.
  4. Develop proposals, presentations, and negotiate terms to secure projects.

  6. Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the software/IT industry.
  3. Proven track record in securing projects and managing client relationships.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Strong knowledge of the UAE and Middle Eastern software development market.
  6. Competitive commission structure of the project value upon successful acquisition.
