Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Pre Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to manage complex RFP/RFI processes, demonstrate knowledge in BPM and Low Code platforms, and support our sales operations through exceptional technical presentations and customer engagement. This role requires a commitment to delivering bespoke application solutions and optimizing e-services for our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in managing RFP/RFI processes with the ability to draft effective proposals and responses. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrable expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) systems and methodologies. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong proficiency in low code development platforms to create rapid solutions. (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth knowledge of solution architecture principles to design comprehensive IT solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships.
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Experience in developing bespoke applications tailored to individual client requirements and industry standards.
  • Understanding of e-services design and delivery to enhance digital interactions and services for clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to collaborate with sales and create opportunities through proactive pitching of Digital Offerings and Solutions/use cases.
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to effectively prepare the proposals and be able to add the Business challenges of the customer and our solution with Differentiation.
  • Discuss and capture requirements of customers.
  • Capable of presenting and demonstrating our solutions and software services to prospects in a compelling manner and elaborate business outcomes.
  • Manage RFI/RFP documents, bid coordination, prospect qualification, technical discussions, and design solution.
  • Effective engagement of Vendors and Partners in constructing new deals, pricing and delivering solutions.
  • Be a consultant to customers to drive future growth prospects by continuously improving knowledge of their industry domain.
  • Be involved in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities in order to assist sales in closing deals.
  • Develop propositions for replication.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop brand recall and leads.
  • Write success stories and articles time to time.
  • Attain technical and presales certifications as required by partner programs.
