Job Overview

The Midis Group Kuwait is seeking a highly experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to customers and partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of MDS products/services.
  • Business Development: Work with the Sales team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies and achieve set targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build sound relationships with partners and customers in support of sales objectives;
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with the Sales team in qualifying opportunities, supporting and advising on the technical aspect of the sales lifecycle including technical qualification, presentation of solution proposals and high-level designs and demonstrations.
  • Project Execution: Run, manage and drive proof of concepts (POC) and request for proposals (RFP) and close opportunities from a pre-sales and implementation perspective.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Develop content, train and support partners and customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
