A leader in the commercial security industry, this established company designs and manufactures physical access control systems.As our End User Business Manager MEA, you'll support HID's success by:

Utilizing CRM for opportunity creation, tracking and development for key accountsMaking the knowledge available to HID sales and product marketing teams for planning and fulfillment purposesExpanding and maintaining a comprehensive database of key and named end-user accounts in regions that are under the supervision of team members and support team to build and maintain their database for team regionsMaintaining a high degree of product knowledge, more on the spectrum/benefit/road map level and represent region's status, requirements and asks to larger PACS organizationProviding timely and accurate monthly status report of group activities and progress using SFDCCooperating with vertical marketing for end user focused tools: Development of whitepapers, brochures, web presence, speaker engagements, end user events, dedicated list procurement and lead nurturing.Achieving End User project revenues target from focus verticals

Your Experience and Education include:

A Bachelor's degree in any area of applied engineering and minimum of 10+ years of related access control business management experience at global or regional levelA professional track record of significant project experience and wins in any of the following verticals in the GCC/MEA markets is mandatory: Energy, Banking, Telecoms, Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education, Government, Health and TransportationExpertise in a broad range of controller hardware and access control software solutions along with a deep knowledge of and prior experience at international controller hardware and access software vendorsExcellent communication, analytical and financial skillsStrong leadership skills with cultural sensitivity and experience in influencing diverse teamsAbility to think critically and creatively and to contribute in a team environmentAbility to use internal and external tools to gather and interpret data

Work Requirements

International travel required in the region hence employee must possess or can acquire a valid Passport and has the ability to travel.Able for travel within all key growth regions in the MEA.
