​Charterhouse is working with a government organisation to assist in the hiring of a professional Executive Assistant to work closely with and support senior executives. Our client is seeking candidates with similar experience working in a corporate organisation.

About the role
The Executive Assistant will be the key point of contact, providing executive level support to a Senior Executive. Responsibilities will include complex diary management, overseas travel arrangements, booking meetings, scheduling appointments and arranging corporate events.


This role will greet and welcome clients or guests into the business, answer phone calls and respond to queries where possible, manage correspondence including emails, PowerPoint presentations and excel reports as well as perform other administrative duties and support the office where required.


Due to working closely with Senior Executives, this role may handle highly confidential information and therefore must be able a trustworthy individual with the ability to remain confidential.

This varied position requires an Executive Assistant coming from a professional working background, who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment with proven ability to juggle a variety of tasks whilst meeting tight deadlines.

About you

To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and have a career history as an Administration Assistant supporting C-Level Executives.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach and professional outlook with the ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure


Our client is looking for a highly motivated and result driven individual with excellent team working skills and proficiency in MS Office.

The candidate must possess outstanding communication skills in English, Arabic fluency is an advantage but not essential.
