This position the Business Development Managers are our external community champions. You represent Helion Ventures in the Blockchain & Crypto community within the wider web3 ecosystem. You'll also lead our engagement with external stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Strong conclusion with investors and presenting followup of investor inquiries and acquisition of new investors.
  • Experienced in business development to indicate potential companies to invest you acquire investment projects and opportunists, get belong with them and keeping track on them with follow ups.
  • Commercially minded you are comfortable speaking the language of marketing/sales funnels, know your way around a business model, and have a creative and strategic mindset.
  • Creative, processdriven, proactive while you're great at jumping in and doing things lastminute when necessary, you have strong skills in creating processes to ensure that nothing is forgotten and your work flows smoothly.
  • Super organized and a proactive problem solver great at managing your time and workload to ensure everything gets done, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ideally a familiarity with the Dubai Blockchain & Crypto startup ecosystem experience working with different stakeholders in the ecosystem is a big part of this role.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and within a team our team is small, so being able to balance independence with collaboration is really important.
  • The kind of person who goes the extra mile you're genuinely helpful and committed; and these qualities won't go unnoticed with us, we believe in giving credit where credit's due.

Qualification / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, etc. or equivalent experience;
  • 2+ years' experience in business development, financial services, and/or crypto and blockchain industry;
  • Passionate about blockchain and crypto industry;
  • Strong network in the investor space (banks, institutional investors, family office);
  • Experience in developing and managing initiatives and business objectives to build and grow partnerships in the crypto space;
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders;
  • Successful track record in negotiating deals and partnerships;
  • Has a technical background or a deep understanding of blockchain technology;
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, partners, crossfunctional teams;
  • Superior time management and organizational skills;
  • Positive attitude and levelheaded under pressure;
