KeyAccountabilities

  • Process new insurance policies andperform modifications to existing policies and forms to ensurecontinuous improvement within theorganization.
  • Obtain information frompolicyholders to verify the accuracy and completeness ofinformation on forms, applications and related documents, andcompany records.
  • Update existing policies andcompany records to reflect changes requested by policyholders andinsurance company representatives.
  • Handle alloperational and ensure their proper registration in order toprovide a basis for future use.
  • Handle thefiling of the necessary paperwork for all insurance brought onbehalf of the company and follow up with relevant parties(insurance, ADNOC) to ensure compliance to rules andregulations.
  • Handle all entry of invoices intothe system in order to adhere to internalrequirements.
  • Update the contracts in alignmentwith legal requirements and work closely with legal team to ensuresettlements are executed safely and as per therequirements.

Minimum JobRequirements

  • Bachelor Degree in BusinessManagement or Accounting
  • 8 years of experience,including at least 2 years in insuranceoperations.
  • Excellent negotiationskills
  • Effective communicationskills
  • Understanding of the risk matrix of eachunit
  • Understanding of settlements, claims,law
