Job Description:

The Commercial Insurance Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, providing exceptional service and support to clients. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and control client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  2. Support consultants/producers in their efforts to attract and retain clients, providing guidance on insurance coverages and rate analysis.
  3. Coordinate with the Head of General Insurance on strategic account issues and potential challenges.
  4. Utilize workflows and processes to initiate and maintain contact with clients, update coverages, review exposures, and discuss opportunities for account management.
  5. Accurate record keeping, case management, and reporting to ensure compliance with business process requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines, with a strong understanding of UAE commercial insurance underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis.
  2. In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and the ability to communicate this knowledge clearly to clients and underwriters.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with Arabic being an advantage.
  4. Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload, as well as support the team.
  5. Strong negotiating skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
