Responsibilities:
Experience in using and managing standard CRM's.
Produce data for the sales team and oversee the use of various applications and platforms.
Track sales managers and accelerate sales closures and revenue generation.

Territory Definition:
Sales Operations must outline and define various sales territories

Evaluation and Implementation:

By evaluating data, Sales Operations Lead ensure the success of a product or implement new sales plan if the evaluation yields unsatisfactory results.

Background in sales operations or similar functionEnsure non-disclosure of confidential information to anyone within or outside the Authority, during or after employment in the Data Hub.

Follow and adhere to the QH&S Management System Manual as per the Data Hub's safety standards.

Qualification and Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fieldShould have 5 years' experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service and Key Account Management.

Sales Operations and CRM Management experience.
Specialized training in sales/negotiation/win strategiesNegotiation and persuasion skills
