As a Sales Operations Executive at MAJID AL FUTTAIM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Compliance: Verify that customer documentation and payments received for every sales transaction adhere to sales policy, sales processes, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Customer Screening: Ensure all customers (primary and joint) are thoroughly screened and cleared for purchase by the corporate compliance team.
- Payment Reminders: Dispatch payment reminders as per agreed Service Level Agreements for all outstanding payments, and promptly record, receipt, and submit collected payments for clearance.
- Payment Recovery: Make follow-up calls to recover outstanding dues, taking appropriate actions including negotiations and escalations to ensure payment collections in accordance with payment targets.
- Document Management: Ensure all Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Addendums issued are in the approved format by Legal and through the company's authorized CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current processes, recommending improvements and assisting in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure policy compliance while processing primary and secondary resale transactions.
- Document Custody: Ensure the sales operations team is the custodian of all customer documents, SPAs, and important approvals related to every sale.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of Real Estate Developer experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
