We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with expertise in managing marketplace listings, proficiency in Photoshop, and basic product photography skills.

As a Marketplace Listing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and driving sales through various e-commerce platforms.

Your strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the success of our company's online sales initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize marketplace listings on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and others.
  • Create engaging and accurate product descriptions, titles, and images to attract potential customers.
  • Utilize Photoshop to enhance product images, ensuring they meet quality and branding standards.
  • Conduct basic product photography to capture highquality images for listings.
  • Retouch and edit product images to enhance visual appeal and highlight key features.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer demands to inform listing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure seamless integration of marketplace listings with overall business strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure listing accuracy, including pricing, product details, and promotions.
  • Stay updated with marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record keeping, and scheduling appointments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably with experience managing marketplace listings.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Etsy Seller Dashboard.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketplace practices, including SEO, keyword research, and product categorization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software.
  • Basic product photography skills, including lighting, composition, and photo editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience with customer service and handling customer inquiries is preferred.
