We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Coordinator to join our team, Our office located in Umm Al Quwain.

Tele calling sales experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and other administrative systems
  • Assist with organizing and managing events, including meetings, workshops, and conferences
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, and ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly
  • Support HR with onboarding and off boarding processes, including preparing and distributing relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Coordinator or similar role Proven experience as an Administration Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
