Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and secure repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
- Continuously strive to improve sales skills and techniques through selflearning and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record in sales, with a minimum of two years of experience, ideally within the
Furniture Industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends to accommodate customer schedules.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales and customer service.
