Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated issues and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
