We're looking for a charismatic professional to represent the company and play the role of Personal Assistant/Secretary/Admin

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying the Managing Director in various tasks such as viewings/Inspections of properties and other important meetings etc.
  • Making of Tenancy Contracts and other important documents while managing the office work
  • Must be able to negotiate well and have a strong command.

Requirements and skills:

  • Minimum one year experience into the Real Estate field in Dubai is preferable
  • Exceptional management and negotiation skills.
  • Perfect Communication skills.
  • Must speak fluent English. Any other foreign language are a plus.
  • A Valid UAE Driving License and own car is a must.
  • Salary to be discussed based on qualifications and experience
  • Must be able to start immediately.
