General administrative and clerical support.

Writing and replying on emails after getting approval from Direct/General managers.

Prepare letters, quotations & property management agreements.

Send renewal notice, legal notice & quotations for tenants when requested.

Updating visa & passport renewal list of all staff & following up with PRO for renewal.

Getting quotations from suppliers for (Civil defense, Elevators, General maint., Ac maint., Property insurance, CCTV system,,,,,,,,,, etc).

Handle company website & advertisements.

Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.

Organize & attend meetings and keep MOM.

Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.

Generally providing administrative support to all departments as and when required.

Continually develop an understanding of the company's culture, products, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflect this in everyday performance.

Any other responsibility which HOD or Management may Assign.
