As a Medical Tourism Business Development at Ferns N Petals you will be responsible for developing and managing the medical tourism department.

You will play a crucial role in establishing our brand as a trusted and reliable medical tourism provider while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong business acumen and a passion for healthcare and travel.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to promote Ferns N Petals as a premier medical tourism provider
Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers in different countries
Build and maintain relationships with international clients travel agencies and other stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
Develop and manage a network of medical tourism facilitators
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth and hasslefree experience for customers
Monitor and analyze the performance of the medical tourism department and provide regular reports to the management
Develop and manage the budget for the medical tourism department
Attend conferences events and trade shows to represent Ferns N Petals and promote our medical tourism services
Stay updated on healthcare policies and regulations in different countries
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for medical tourism services
Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance our medical tourism services to exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development preferably in the healthcare or travel industry
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
