  • Keeping detailed records of calls, sales, and relevant information.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in tele sales or similar sales/customer service roles in recruitment companies.
  • Good knowledge of the recruitment process and tele sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and handle rejection professionally.
  • Creative thinking skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Patience and ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
***Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in the recruitment field (required)

Language:
Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English (mandatory)

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
