- The interview process consists of three stages:
- 1st stage: An initial telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team lasting approximately 15-20 minutes.
- 2nd stage: A 50-minute face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.
- 3rd stage: A face-to-face interview with a Director/Associate Director lasting around 40 minutes.
