ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify potential clients within the GCC market.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on acquiring new clients.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our recruitment solutions and expertise.
Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial contracts with new clients.
Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the GCC recruitment landscape and industry trends.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and account managers, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Set and achieve ambitious yet realistic sales targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Prepare comprehensive reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a business development or related sales role within the recruitment industry (or a demonstrably relevant field).Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with senior executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to business development.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while exceeding expectations in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is preferred.
