You will also need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure that customer queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and chat platforms
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
