  • Product Presentation: Present products and services to customers by exhibiting knowledge that helps gain and retain customer trust and confidence.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics as determined by conversion rates to drive business growth.
  • Brand Promotion: Actively promote the Luxury Beauty brand and maintain a strong positive professional image during all customer interactions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to grow and elevate the chat consultation experience to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Beauty Experience: 2+ years of relevant beauty experience, including retail sales counter or chat selling.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate in writing and speech to a global customer and brand base.
  • Luxury Beauty Knowledge: Strong luxury beauty knowledge base, including an array of brands, products, and skincare and makeup knowledge.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated passion for thoughtful, creative, and elevated customer service and selling skills, flexible to adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.
  • Decision-Making: Confidence and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Computer Skills: Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Office Suite; familiarity with multiple web browsers, Windows navigation, instant messenger tools (e.g., chat), and social media.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility with schedule, including weekends/evenings and occasional holidays, to service customers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: AA or Bachelor's degree within the industry.
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual a plus.
