Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to companies across various industries to understand their intern hiring needs
  • Assist in marketing efforts to attract more companies and interns to our platform
  • Support fullcycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews and hiring

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a HR, Business, Marketing or related degree program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment needs simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Prior experience in recruitment/staffing is a plus
