General Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to project managers, executives, and other team members as needed. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Government Relations:
Interface with government entities at the local, state, and federal levels to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory documentation for development projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures.Document Management:
Manage and maintain important documents, contracts, permits, and other legal paperwork related to real estate development projects. Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible for reference.
Office Operations:
Assist with various office operations tasks, such as ordering supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and organizing company events or meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Familiarity with government regulations and processes related to real estate development, including permitting and zoning requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English.

From AED5,000.00 per month
