Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and bookkeeping.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Background in accounting or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
