We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at MDAR Food Company.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including organizing files, managing projects, and coordinating office equipment maintenance.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and sanitized at all times, and monitor the use of equipment and supplies.
- Communication: Deal with queries and requests from visitors and employees, and assist with welcoming guests and making beverages for staff and visitors.
- Document Management: Collect and distribute couriers or parcels among employees, and assist with photocopying and scanning documents.
- General Assistance: Provide support to the receptionist, secretaries, and other administrative assistants with a wide range of office duties.
- Communication Skills: Good English speaking and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Technical Skills: Must know how to use basic computer software and be able to operate office equipment.
- Customer Service: Must be able to welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
