  • Conduct regular salescalls and meetings with key account contacts to assess needs,provide product recommendations, and discuss businessopportunities.
  • Develop and negotiatecommercial agreements that align with customer requirements andcompany objectives.
  • Manage andmonitor customer performance to identify opportunities forimprovement and ensure ongoingsatisfaction.
  • Represent the companyat industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness andnetwork with potentialcustomers.
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, andoperations, to ensure alignment and support for key accountinitiatives.
  • Maintain accurate andup-to-date customer information in the CRMsystem.
  • Prepare and submit detailedsales reports andpresentations.
  • Adhere to all companypolicies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Marketing, or a relatedfield.
  • 2+ years of experience insales, preferably in the B2B or Horecaindustry.
  • Proven track record ofexceeding sales targets and achieving revenuegoals.
  • Strong understanding of theHoreca industry and its specific challenges andopportunities.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to build rapport andtrust with customers at alllevels.
  • Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
