Urgently required CRM EXECUTIVES with below job description:

  • To manage customer data and analytics, validate customer data and approve requests.
  • Manage the 360 customer experience. Position involves deepdiving into customer data, transactional analysis, and reporting
  • Managed complete customer lifecycles and should know how to create automation to run customer journeys.
  • Maintain and update overall customer data and serve as a point of contact for any queries
  • Deliver an effective and accurate presentation of results, insights, and recommendations / actions back to the business.
  • Perform value added adhoc analysis/reporting in support of the business unit objectives and initiatives, as well as, present findings and recommendations

Require a minimum of 5 years of work experience in CRM software and managing customer data and sales lifecycle, preferably within the real estate sector.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
