  • Experience in Making Tenancy Contract, Property Management Contract and MOU.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Prepare monthly utility bills.
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Handle tenant requests and queries appropriately.
  • Good in client service calls & handling all clients inquiries.
  • Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Maintained detailed and accurate general office filing system.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the management.

Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Admin Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (preferred)
