Job Description

The Senior Solution Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the market success of ServiceNow's Technology Workflow products, including IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management. These products, built on our top-tier Service Management platform, provide a unified source of information to streamline enterprise processes.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with direct sales executives, solution sales specialists, partners, and support teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role focuses on serving our customers in the Financial Services, Business Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and Telecom industries.

Expectations:

  • Consistently surpass quarterly and annual quotas
  • Build and sustain a pipeline that is three times the quota target
  • Establish regular communication with C-Level and C-1 executives at key accounts
  • Maintain precise forecasting and tracking using ServiceNow tools
  • Engage in Account Planning to drive cross-selling, up-selling, and pursuing new clients
  • Follow a quarterly and yearly business plan that you create and update
  • Embrace a fun and collaborative approach while meeting and exceeding expectations

What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Collaborate with account teams to develop pursuit strategies for engaging IT leadership at clients and prospects
  • Align ServiceNow offerings with Transformation Workflows to achieve desired outcomes
  • Assist IT leaders in envisioning digital transformations and the potential with ServiceNow
  • Identify and cultivate executive sponsors and advocates to drive from concept to results
  • Develop and present a compelling business case addressing customer challenges, expected results, key metrics, and success measures
  • Work with partners and ServiceNow professional services to create a roadmap for rapid solution implementation
  • Expand your expertise in transformational technology concepts and methodologies within your territory
  • Advocate for ServiceNow, exemplifying our capabilities, results, and best practices across the ecosystem
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven sales experience in enterprise software or consulting services for IT organizations in large enterprises
  • Deep comprehension of IT business aspects such as demand, resource, portfolio, and asset management, as well as concepts in application development, infrastructure, operations, automation, and cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas and business value to all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Excel in a high-performance, collaborative sales environment by earning trust as a dependable team player
  • Take a proactive approach to achieving business objectives
  • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and active listening skills with the capacity to adapt swiftly
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, technical, or related disciplines is preferred
