As the Marketing Executive at Al Marwan Heavy Machinery, your role will be instrumental in fostering revenue growth through the execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the successful implementation of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and are aligned with the company's objectives.

Your will be contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

The main tasks will be;

  • Develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions for the key accounts and trade channel to achieve sales objectives and engaging content that is consistent across social media platforms.
  • Utilize analytical tools to monitor campaign performance in realtime, identifying trends, optimizing tactics, and adjusting strategies for optimal results.
  • Monitor growth KPIs and propose growth hacking opportunities (new market expansion, exploring new digital channels, across app marketing)
  • Develop tactical social, content, and influencer strategies.
  • Prepare annual marketing calendar including required marketing budgets and measure marketing initiatives against these budgets throughout the year. Marketing initiatives to also include digital & offline activation campaigns, events, and activation strategies.
  • Monitor and provide creative direction for design and video assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand aesthetics.
  • Manage content calendars, and social copywriting.
  • Optimize content, by identifying what drives the most growth.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, content, and design, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of campaign efforts.
  • Monitoring the performance of the brand overtime and in particular performance of all marketing campaign
  • Deploy social listening to deeply understand our customers.
  • Generate content that will impact various groups of demographics.
  • Work crossfunctionally with our marketing team to deliver a cohesive brand voice
  • Research to find interesting consumer insights that we can leverage on
  • Read and internalize social media comments and differentiate people's behaviors on different social platforms
  • Lead PR and influencer partnerships for your brand and build ongoing relationships with the media.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual [English & Arabic]
  • 3+ years of experience as a digital marketer or a marketing executive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
  • Experience with social and community quality assurance programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of Digital marketing.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical ability
  • Strong ownership mindset and resolve to followthrough.

  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Cloud and other photo and video editing software is a plus.

Salary:
AED1, AED8,664.18 per month
