  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the marketing strategy and execution process.

**Campaign Management**

  • Define campaign objectives, assess results, and provide actionable insights to internal teams and brand headquarters.
  • Manage creative briefs, development, and execution of brand activations with partner agencies.

**In-Store and Mall Activations**

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to plan and execute in-store and mall activations, ensuring timely delivery of all elements.

**Promotional Calendar and Budget Management**

  • Develop and manage promotional calendars, including Al Futtaim Blue Rewards offers, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Build and manage brand budgets, ensuring close monitoring of expenses and adherence to allocated budgets.

**Digital Strategy and Execution**

  • Develop and drive paid and earned digital strategies, working closely with brand headquarters, performance marketing teams, and local agencies.
  • Conceptualize, coordinate, and execute regional digital campaigns, including content strategy and production.

**PR and Events**

  • Assist agencies with PR management, influencer campaigns, and gifting creations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage brand events, collaborating with agencies to ensure timely and organized execution.

**Required Skills**

  • Digital and PR experience is essential.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic skills, with the ability to multitask and think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

**What Equips You for the Role**

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing and PR marketing.
  • University degree or master's preferred, with management and people development experience.
  • Data and analytics experience, with knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
  • High-level MS Office skills and excellent data analysis skills.
