  • Be able to demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and management.
  • Be able to provide support and troubleshooting on trading platforms.
  • Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that the Employer may reasonably request from the Employee from time to time.
  • Able to work on shifts rotation / day night

  • Previous customer support experience will be considered an advantage but not necessary.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience will be considered as an advantage but not necessary as company provides full inhouse training.
  • Fluency in English, strong typing, as well as any other language, will be consider an advantage.
  • Strong communications, problem solving and active listening skills.
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
  • University degree in a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms will be considered an advantage.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and highpressure environment.
  • Genuine interest in the financial markets.
