Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Air Arabia, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle Customer Enquiries and Complaints: Respond to customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective way.
  2. Provide Product and Service Information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information about Air Arabia's products and services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel options.
  3. Process Travel Bookings and Modifications: Assist customers with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
