Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities of the role includes the following:
- Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff
calls.
- Conduct accounting data entry.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and

- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Compiling reports.

- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Covering in the absence of the other team members.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.

- Assist in compilation of monthly and quarterly reports and to ensure timely submission.
- Type all minutes of meetings, letters, reports, and other documents assigned expeditiously.
- Catalog and keep records of all necessary information, documents, etc.
- Perform all office administrative duties, including the filing of all correspondence, storing and retrieval
- Making requisition of management office stationery and maintaining inventory.
- Provide other administrative support to the office when necessary.
- To carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of the Department.
- To be willing to work overtime or on weekends to ensure work is met.
Requirements:
- Excellent in MS Excel is a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At 1 years' experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone
- Good typing speed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
- Works well under pressure.
- Can do attitude.
Salary:
AED5,000.00 per month
